Curb Appeal: The Block

I love John G. and the show! Please come to MY neighborhood. My elderly parents live w/me and husband. We need improvements,but parents are slow to change (both in late 80's) and afraid to spend $$. Old brick grout leaks water into the house, needs painting, no front entrance appeal, (no porch) cracked driveway,sidewalk and unsafe for parents. Please consider.
