About The Show
After the town's most popular postman is found murdered near the common early one morning, Detective Chief Inspector Tom Barnaby and Sergeant Troy set up a "war room" in the village dance hall. As the two detectives probe the villagers' comings and goings, they learn that the deceased postman was sleeping with most of the women in town.
