Dear Sir: I Thought your report about the kidnapping was spot on, these are the things people need to be aware of, As a Mexican American who visited Mexico with my parents as a boy, I learned early on that there is no real law enforcement in Mexico, it is a fact of life and for someone who is born and raised here in the United States it is hard to convince people who are from here how unfortunate the situation is down there.
