I completely agree with das.boat's comment about your habit of constantly recapping. Most people who sit down to watch an hour's show don't need to be reminded after every single commercial what happened before the commercial break. Give your audience a little credit. If one story doesn't engender enough information for a full hour, then might I suggest that you could include two stories in each hour. That constant repetition drives me up the wall and I'll bet most of your audience agrees. I wonder how many people switch channels when the info is repeated for the third time.
