David Milch brought it home with Deadwood. Why did it end? I looked forward to every episode. Hope they can at least make a movie ending the show with a bang.

HBO sucks, but can redeem themselves by bringing Deadwood back!!!!!!!!!
I to this day miss the show, and seeing Al on Kings just makes me mad, because he doesnt belong there!

Another man enters, gun pulled. Dority chases the armed men out and orders the two Cornishmen to leave their dead friend. Burns, who's been watching from above, checks with Al, also watching, on where to stow the body. At home, Bullock nervously asks Martha if she'll review the campaign speech he's written. About The Show
Set in 1876 in the Montana Territory, two weeks after Custer's Last Stand, former marshals Wild Bill Hickock and Seth Bullock separately but simultaneously happen into the lawless, prospecting town of Deadwood.
