I've loved the show from the first Doctor, but I wish it would return to the original format for the companions.
I disliked the Doctor and Rose all of sudden being in love, and was glad when David Tennant left even though I liked many of his episodes.
I enjoyed the 1st season with Matt Smith, but then we had River Song. In the last episode, he marries her and even intimates that they're having sex. Since he was there was she was a newborn, I really have a problem with that.
Can't we get rid of the soap opera where the women are pining after the Doctor, and get back to companions who are fun?
