Based on the successful special documenting people who undergo makeovers that go from simple teeth whitening and changes in style, but also include drastic plastic surgery and simliar procedures to achieve a complete new look. The series follows two individuals per episode, begining with their "before" stage, reviewing the issues they have with their appearances and what they would like done, to the makeover stage where the procedures are documented as they undergo them, and finally to the reveal stage when the subjects show off their new looks to family and friends.
