Men, especially entertainers, think they can have their cake & eat it too. Hope it was worth it because I think you threw away the best thing that ever happened to you. Doubt very much if Shannon would say, Yes , even if you did propose. The damage is done. That's so sad,I cried practically through the whole show. Sophie won't be able to get over this as HE was her role model - what a role model - how can she trust any man after this. Would Gene let any man treat Sophie like this? I think not - he'd put a hurting on the poor fool that tried anything like that.
