First to my fellow reviewers... Who the hell is Sharon? The beautiful woman that has been with gene for nearly thirty years is named Shannon...Shannon Tweed. And contrary to some opinions it is amusing and interesting. Its a slice of life with a kiss twist and i grew up on their music. These are real people with real problems and real triumphs and I love being allowed to look in. This is the only gem of reality tv. Compared to those moronic shows featuring those disgusting jersey kids or the foul and unsettling housewife dregs of N.Y. and L.A. Gene Simmons Family Jewels is high art. Further, Considering the silver spoons Nick and Sophie grew up with they are remarkably grounded and human. Plus their insight regarding their parents is both bright and amusing . Don't believe anything else you have read. Its worth watching.
