A nerdy, anti-social guy, Rusty, heads to college and wants to catch up on all the partying he's missed by joining a fraternity. His big sister, Casey, is a social queen and a member of the best sorority on campus. Through them and other students at Cyprus-Rhodes University, the social minefield that is the Greek system is explored and dissected.
