I think this is a great show with all types of people and story lines. I have worked in hospitals for years and it is really amusing how well they portray real life in working at a hospital.

I hate that he was let go, I loved his character; however, the entertainment world needs to set an example for EVERY individual no matter the race or gender that derogatory remarks will no longer be accepted.
