My parents live up Blackberry Creek, the exact land the McCoys lived on and across State route 319 and the way they portray the mountainous area is not right. The mountains have a ton more trees. They did live right on Blackberry creek with the creek running right in front of their house(shack) as my mom would call it today. Anyway I thought the history channel would portray it more acurately. There were several inaccuracies in this portrayal. Because of this I give it a three star.
