I am disgusted with the caliber of chefs (and I do use that term very lightly here) on the show this year. They (particularly the girls) are very ghetto, foul mouthed, back stabbing, whining children. I have seen very little evidence of quality control, talent or true desire to impress. I would like to know, however, why a restaurant would not have their own ice machine. I have never worked in a kitchen that large, but the ones I have worked in we always had our own ice machine. Makes sense to me!
