I personally agree with all the reviews, but one thing you guys are forgetting, if possible, chef Ramsey, always hires a pretty, in his opinion, BLOND white girl !!! Regardless of experience or cooking abilities. I would love to see a show doing a follow up, on how many of his winners were able to really do the job !!!!!!
