I have bee watching your show on BBC and I have 3 suggestions to be made to the people:Say to them Customer is the most important in the restaurant-it's because of them that you will make money.Taste your food before you send it out,make a Special
1 or 2 times a week.Make your favorite dish then. Make menu a proper size because it's too much for the Chef and too much,for the customer,to study before ordering.
There's always 1 person that nobody likes so I suggest that you sit them down and tell them Don't ever think that this restaurant can't do without you because they can-they can go to the local newspaper and put your position in the Help wanted ads-now-but they haven't-you're fortunate that they haven't.
