well first off all inorder to work in a back of house situation.First thing is to work as a TEAM.There is no I in team.and get people with good temperment.The cooks on the show have no clue.The girl that i dislike is the line cook on the red team.all she is I this and I that.In mine Kitchen she would be gone.Face it none of them
know how to work as a team and go from there.
