I enjoyed watching it twice. I love all of the girls and the story line is very slapstick and fun. Betty White with her classic dead pan comedy, and Valerie is just adorable. Will it be good? Sadly no, tough to watch, absurd plot, and very predictable. The one liners lacked quality writing as well as timing. I could not recommend this show in good faith to all that humorous.more»0 of 0 people found this review helpful

This was a stunningly awful sitcom. Forced one-liners, absurd plots (ex-husband just so happens to be on the same plane to Paris???). Betty White acting as if reading off cue-cards. Hot In Cleveland is a great, humerous, smart show. I can relate to these women. I found it refreshing to watch 40 something women experiencing what could be real life situations. In the vast wasteland of mediocre TV, Hot in Cleveland appears to be a promising oasis. There were clever lines and relatable observations. Sort of reminded me of a bucolic Sex and the City! I'll watch again.more»0 of 0 people found this review helpful

I am one of the biggest "The Golden Girls" fans out there. I love Betty, Rue, Bea and Estelle. I also loved Will & Grace and Frasier. I truly hope America and the "big wigs" give this show a chance. I just saw the pilot and I have to say I enjoyed it. …more»0 of 0 people found this review helpful
