This is the best show on TV hands down! I think of it as a mix between 'Cheers' & 'Friends'. Barney is Legen....wait for it....Dairy! Marshmellow & Liilypad are the perfect couple. Ted is funny and Robin is soooooo hot (yummy). Watching this show makes …more»

This is ym must see Monday night show. I used to hate Mondays but this show makes it all better. The characters are funny but loveable. Though some plot lines seem a little silly, it's a hillarious, emotional show. Though nothing will ever be as good …more»

I don't know how anyone couldn't like this show. It's so funny and optimistic, and the characters are absolutely wonderful. It's just an all around good show. I believe it will be one of my all-time favorites!more»

I can't believe people watch this show. I'd rather sick a fork in my eye. The characters are pathetic and unrealistic. The plots are boring and predictable. Formulaic comedy at best and just a rehash of past sit-comsmore»

This show is funny all the time. Non stop laughs. Barney's womanizing ways always bring on the fun for the whole gang. Ted's seach for love always lands him in trouble.

Good writing and quirky characters played by likeable actors, this one consistently entertains me. NPH has created a classic character in Barney. And with the fabulous Alyson Hannigan on board *sighs*, I just can't stop watching.more»

About The Show

Narrated through flashbacks from the future, comedy recounts how architect and eternal romantic Ted realized he had better get a move on if he hoped to find the true love found by his best friend Marshall and his wife Lily. Helping him in his quest is Barney, a friend with endless, sometimes outrageous opinions, a penchant for suits and a foolproof way to meet women; and Robin, a pretty newscaster whom Ted at first thinks is the one before realizing they're better off as friends.
