I love this show! I've been watching it from when it began, and I love it! All of the quirky little jokes and nerdy star wars references that I totally get and things like that! I have all of these inside jokes with my friends who watch it, various styles of high fives and different ways to say legendary. We even named a pigeon Swarley and a seagull Jason Segal! It's also great how it unconventionally advertizes drinking and sex and drugs and all these things, and everyone is perfectly fine with it. I have to admit, a few episodes don't really have a point, but that also makes it really fun, because they're not trying to accomplish anything, it's all just on big gag! I absolutely adore this show, and I really hope it stays one the air (partly because it's awesome, partly because I want to find out how Ted did actually meet their mother!).

Narrated through flashbacks from the future, comedy recounts how architect and eternal romantic Ted realized he had better get a move on if he hoped to find the true love found by his best friend Marshall and his wife Lily. Helping him in his quest is Barney, a friend with endless, sometimes outrageous opinions, a penchant for suits and a foolproof way to meet women; and Robin, a pretty newscaster whom Ted at first thinks is the one before realizing they're better off as friends.
