I have to say that as a 50 year old woman and a secondary school teacher, the first few episodes really irritated and worried me. My son, who is 15, is not allowed to watch this, but I have to say that every Friday is discussion about Jersey Show in my middle school 7th grade class if I allow it. The good thing is that the kids look at it as a terrible warning about how not to act and the GIRLS are especially fasdcinated and highly critical about the girls in the show. The main thrust is the Ronnie and Sammi relationship, not the drunken escapades of Snooki, though. They get that it is a bad relationship, so there is hope yet.
