My wife and I have caught the last few episodes and have enjoyed them all. We were talking after tonights show and thought it would be great if the show could do an expose on where the resturants of past shows are after a time after the changes.

i have to admit Gordon Ramsay is a bit over the edge with the way he cusses up and down. The first time I saw Kitchen Nightmares on TV, Gordon Ramsay was at the Seascape in Islip. My husband and I loved that place. When my daughter grew up, I had her high school graduation dinner there. Although I don't cook, I have taken some of the leadership skills that Ramsey demonstrates and applied them in my workplace and production is steadily growing. Thanks Chef Ramsey
