Late Night With Jimmy Fallon

I have tried to give Jimmy a chance. I think he's funny and did a nice job on SNL but his approach to his late night bit is way outside his realm of talent. He does try too hard and his fake laugh is enough to make me want to drive an ice pick through my temple. But alas, he is giving it a go and let's hope he finds his stride. As of now, he is attempting to drive conversation with idle banter and meaningless trivia that even his guests have no clue about. I can't tell if it's the writers or if it's Jimmy trying to ad lib his way through the time slot with the sad misconception that his satire is enough to make an interview show not only entertaining, but interesting. The problem is, he's not a good conversationalist. He's a comic and he needs to prepare his material and try it out on the neighborhood pets before giving it a go on mic night. Sorry Jimmy.. you're way above your head.
