About The Show
A spin-off from "Little House on the Prairie." The series is set in 1887 in the rural midwest. When Charles Ingalls is unable to make a living in Plumb Creek, he sells his "Little House" to John and Sarah Carter, a young couple with two children, and moves to Fir Oak, Iowa. Laura, Charles's second-born daughter, and her husband, Almanzo, remain behind to continue the lumber mill previously operated by her father. The series focuses on life in Plumb Creek as seen through the eyes of Laura Ingalls Wilder.
