THIS SHOW WAS A CLASS ACT! Having read Alison Dubois' books in tryng to understand my own unpleasant dreams and premonitions I was thrilled to learn of the 2005 series. I was entranced from the beginning and even got my husband hooked. We so looked forward to the Friday night event! Every episode was amazing often surprising and that element intrigued me. Especially loved the ending. Loved the actors: Patricia Arquette and long suffering but devoted spouse: Jake Weber! I have missed the show immensely and have to tip my hat to their classy exit..the show had run it's course I guess and they left the network..not the other way around!

About The Show

Inspired by the real-life story of research medium Allison Dubois, drama follows the strong-willed, devoted wife and mother of three who has gradually come to grips with her extraordinary ability to talk to dead people, see current and future events through her dreams and read people's thoughts. Dubois works as a consultant to D.A. Manuel Devalos, using her psychic abilities to solve violent and horrifying crimes that baffle Phoenix police and others within the criminal justice system. Assisting her crime-solving endeavors is Detective Lee Scanlon, her longtime ally in the local police department who recently wed his longtime love and mother of his baby daughter. Away from the police station, Allison comes home to Joe, an aerospace engineer and a supportive husband and father, and their daughters, Ariel, Bridgette and Marie, who all seem to have inherited their mother's abilities to varying, albeit strengthening, degrees.
