To be honest, I despise "reality" shows. That being said, Mobbed wasn't all too bad. I was expecting something else and flipped the channel to find Mobbed. It took 10 minutes before I realized Bones wasn't on this week. I was ready to change the channel, but missed the start of all the other shows and gave it a shot.
Overall, it's different...good or bad would depend on the type of viewer. Personally, I feel it could do without all the set-up filler because that's that kind of B.S. that makes people lose interest. Maybe I'm just simple that way, but I like things to be direct and to the point. Since it's just the first episode, I'm sure they can improve. The finish was a bit over-the-top, but the reactions seemed genuine...I'll admit it got to me a little. If this is how they do it for a wedding, I'd like to know what they have planned next. That's not saying, I'd call it a "must see", but just worth watching if you're looking for something different and like surprises.
I'd rate the show as average.
