No disrespect intended to the previous person who commented on Modern Family. My only question to her would be what the heck is she watching? Modern Family is the one show on television that I have seen in a long time that makes me laugh almost uncontrollably. The show has wit, sarcasm, and is both very well written and acted. (Again sorry to the previous comment who thought the exact 180 degree polar opposite). It is a comedy for the 21st century. The show does not hold back on stereotyping people: the gay guy couple, the Latina woman with the hot-blooded temper, the micro-managing mother of 3 kids, the eldest daughter in high school who so badly wants her independence but is not ready yet to be called an adult. The acting is superb. Really if anyone has chosen to not watch this show for the past season and a half since its inception, they have no idea what they have been missing. To me I find that it is a great 30 minute escape from the pressures of life.
