About The Show
A comedy series that follows the adventures of a garage band as they struggle to make it to the top of the charts. Based on a British series. Through earnest yet delusional monologues, 19-year-old Jace Darnell lays out his master plan for world rock 'n' roll domination in easy-to-follow steps. Despite the discouragement of his disgruntled dad, a heavy-metal dinosaur, Jace keeps dreaming of stardom for himself and his struggling band "SlipDog." His group includes an entrepreneurial con man, a free-loving punktress and an indestructible behemoth of a drummer. Opportunity strikes when Jace finds renewed hope in his slightly older (un)employment counselor, Sarah Nelson, who just might be his ideal muse.
