What I love about the show is the demonstrations of how ackward families can be rectified into working families with training.
The examples of kids living on schedules is not made clear such as up at x time and in bed by x time. However, the lessons on teaching parents how to enforce bedtime have worked for people I know who did not know how to do this. Kids do adapt and life is so much simplier when the kids behave as thoughtful children!!
