The season finale had a very disconcerting jab at FFL's (federal firearmed licensed gun dealers) and outrightly accused gun stores of illegally selling guns and employing felons and the former causing thousands of deaths of civilians. There is a partial truth in this and it is that the BATFE forced the FFL's to sell guns to felons which in turn has caused the death of at least one fed. agent and hundreds of civilians led by Eric Holder in what is labeled operation "Fast and furious" to cause a catastrophic outcry against legal gun sellers and create new sweeping legislation to outlaw the sell of guns. NCIS is playing right into this but not attributing the fault to were it lies, the BATF and Dept of Justice....The Dept of Justice is currently being considered for contempt hearings in congress due to this and their unwillingness to cooperate with investigators....and THAT is the Truth of it.
