As a trauma surgeon for many years I began watching the series lately from the beginning. Some of the scenarios are unbelievable, but the series does deal with certain medical realities. This show used to be excellent, Season 1-3 were amazing, 4 sucked, but compared to this season and part one it was genius. Sean's wife a lesbo? Ridiculous...And I happen to like her mom...she had good reasons to get those kids away from those two weirdo parents, and good for her that she can get a young stud, tho he turned out to be a loser...
