As a trauma surgeon for many years I began watching the series lately from the beginning. Some of the scenarios are unbelievable, but the series does deal with certain medical realities. I have my own opinions about the surgery being performed, but find it entertaining. I'm glad that the personal dramas do not hit too close to home. I enjoy being a witness to this without having to participate. Overall I enjoy it.
