Action-adventure series about elite fighter pilots. After two decades on the front line, Lieutenant Colonel Bill Kelly, a tough lieutenant colonel and war hero is given a new, challenging mission: to find and train the next generation of fighter pilots.

In the second season, Kelly, bitter that the elite task force he built up was disbanded due to budget cuts, is reluctant to accept a new assignment to train Marine fighter pilots, now nicknamed the Flying Bandits. But the young people he is assigned to train surprise him with their commitment and drive. New characters: Abigail, a sexy helicopter pilot on loan from the British Air Force; and Captain Edward "Capone" Terelli, a tough New York and a ladies man.
