I have gotten hooked to this fashion show. I argue with the TV as I am sure many do....but I cannot understand why Michael was sent home in the last show, and Gretchen was kept. Many of her things clearly look as though she is cutting arm holes in fabric for Barbie dolls. When my children were 5 they did this well. Michael's whole life depends on this contest, and he is good. Gretchen has moved back home , but she clearly has time to inprove. Besides, she has no children to support. Michael is clearly the best designer. I noticed the judges had to even tell Gretchen how to spruce up her outfits! Shouldn't she know this already? I wouldn't wear her creations! The three men should have been the three left for Fashion Week. If it had been left up to the two women at the end, then clearly the other woman made better clothes. Even though she made every thing black, it was better than Gretchen's.

Reality series which takes a behind-the-scenes look at the fashion industry and the long trip from the creation of a design to its exhibition on the runway. Ten fashion designer hopefuls are selected and set up in a New York City warehouse where they must meet weekly design challenges. The final three designers will then premiere their designs during Fashion Week in September.
