Raines is a thought provoking mystery-drama series with Jeff Goldblum as the lead detective who can see dead people as the murder victims. He uses his imagination to help solve the murder cases by talking with the murder victim's apparition. Raines is at worst a highly functioning schizophrenic or at best a very eccentric detective with a wild imagination which allows him to solve complex crimes revolving around murder. The show keeps you thinking and grabs your attention without letting you down. The show is very unique. I think it must be kept on the air for the 2007-2008 Season.
