Overall, Reaper is a good show. The premise may have been done a few times with slight variations (Ghost Rider, Dead Like Me, etc). Watching season one and halfway through season two, I find that there are many holes, or unanswered questions in the plot. The first being "how can a soul be sold without a person's permission?" Especially when the devil makes other people who sell their souls sign a contract. Secondly, (not to spoil the details of the plot) at the end of season one a big "secret" was revealed. This should have changed the course of the show- but it did not. My biggest question is "why isn't the Devil doing this?" On one occasion, the devil states "it's not his job" but he is usually in the company of the evil souls and his powers would easily capture the escape soul. Other than that, I find the show to be a little funny and enjoyable to watch.
