We've all had favorite series. One Is This and one is that, etc.

I was thrilled to find that UHD picked up all of Six feet under seasons to run. I was always a fan of Alan Ball and couldn't wait for the debut on HBO years ago.

This is definitely one of the better shows. I love how the characters develop over time, e.g. David from being really uptight and closeted at the beginning to becoming more openminded after coming out of the closet. The humor is great, too, and it is …more»1 of 1 people found this review helpful-

this show! it is dark and quirky and hits you in the gut. can't get enough of it! as soon as i have the funds i will buy the entire series and watch it over and over. i've never seen anything on TV this great.more»1 of 1 people found this review helpful-

About The Show
A series about the Fishers, a family that operates the Fisher & Diaz Funeral Home in Los Angeles. The Fisher family includes matriarch Ruth, widowed and recently remarried to George Silbey, her sons Nate, a recent widow and new father, and David, now head of the funeral home after his father's untimely death, and youngest child Claire, an art student trying to find normalcy wherever she can. A new partner in the home is longtime employee Federico Diaz, who runs the business along with the Fisher brothers. Lives are in flux at Fisher & Diaz; Nate struggles with the death of his wife Lisa; Ruth adjusts to her new marriage; David tries to keep the business together after his father's passing while struggling through a tumultuous relationship with longtime partner Keith; Claire faces the struggles of college and tries to find peace in her artwork, and Rico's marriage goes through some rough spots.
