This show has tremendous potential! But, better hurry, because it is not there yet. It needs to flow more smoothly and spend less time on the "showtime" aspect and more time developing the characters. They need to be less superficial and more intimate. Likewise, don't dumb it down. Keep it smart for people who like to think and be teased with a bit of "between the lines" writing and interesting plot twists. The dancers and actors are SUPERB!! on every single level and just need more to work with. don't bellieve the bosses, not everyone out here enjoys the Simpsons and King of the Hill mentalities. WE NEED something to visually and intellectually chew on. If this show fails it will be because of the writing, NOT the actors! It needs to be "target rich" on an intellectual level, as well as a visual level.
