    I LOVED the show. I was devasted when they cancelled it. I wish they would put it back on. I couldn't wait until a new show aired every week. Now, all I have are the reruns--which is still better than most of the garbage they have on TV now. Mindless, …more»

About The Show

Television series based on the 1994 sci-fi feature film, "Stargate." Colonel Jack O'Neill explores the uncharted regions of the universe -- searching for clues to save the Earth from destruction. Led by Colonel O'Neill, the Stargate SG-1 team of Daniel Jackson, Dr. Samantha Carter and Teal'c, work under the auspices of a covert operation known as the SGC. The SGC, under the supervision of General Hammond, is a division of Air Force Intelligence that is highly classified and only the President and Joint Chiefs know of its existence.
