Jumping Ship
Episode 11, Season 1| Length: 1:00:00| Air Date: 04-29-2010The Yin Yang tribe continues to be a hotbed of dissent and alliance-building and the Heroes have the most to lose with their dwindling numbers. For the "Pacific Shuffle" Reward Challenge, the contestants play a version of shuffleboard to win a trip to the home of Robert Louis Stevenson. Colby, Amanda and Danielle win the challenge. At the Stevenson home, Danielle finds a scroll with a clue to a hidden immunity idol. Amanda tries to take it from her but Colby intervenes. The next day, Danielle goes to search for the idol but Russell finds it first and hides it from Danielle. For the "House of Cards" immunity challenge, the castaways have to stack 150 tiles into a ten-foot tower. Jerri barely beats Russell and wins immunity. At Tribal Council, Amanda receives six votes and is voted off after Russell plays the immunity idol. less

Russell hatches a plan to vote out J.T. but Sandra stands in the way. For the "Get a Grip" Immunity Challenge, the merged Yin Yang tribe members have to hold onto a tall pole the longest. Parvati steps down from the challenge and allows Danielle to win the first individual immunity challenge. At Tribal Council, Parvati gives one immunity idol to Sandra and another to Jerri. This nullifies the votes for Jerri and leads to James "J.T." Thomas being voted out. less
