Did Reverse Discrimination Play a Role?
I didn't watch the show, but political correctness and Connie Chung's
being being a judge with a "politically correct" (i.e. biased) media mindset, would lead one to predict that
it would be decided that it was "time for a Black woman to win," just as the media relied upon worship of reverse discrimination to get a half Black man elected to the U.S. presidency even though he had virtually no executive or management experience at all. The winner here, at least, in the contest meets the basic qualifications for the job of beauty queen. I wish her well. She might have been the best candidate, but with reverse discrimination the name of the game, one will never know for sure.
