I keep getting sucked into watching by starting with just a few minutes and then of course, you want to see who wins. You do like seeing people be able to fall in love and it has that personal side. Sometimes the people do come across as dorky or shallow and they seem to ask corny questions instead of ones with some substance.
I do not like the concept of all the males or females falling in love with one person. That is very hurtful for them and disappointing to walk away hurt. I do not like near the end where they become too intimate with more than one person.
I think Emily handled that better this year, but I did not like the fact that she kept wanting to hear THEM all commit and say they loved her. What did she think was going to happen to them. What was so bad about Ryan? He was honest. Sorry, most men do want a "trophy" wife. What, you want a bad looking husband and one that is overweight? No one does, yet it does happen to us. He just had the balls to say it instead of lie and brush over it. He may have been cocky, but at least you knew where he stood. And yes, it is NOT all about Emily. The men on there are looking for love and should be thinking about if that particular girl is right for them the rest of their life. It is not just ONE partner picking someone. It is about TWO partners picking each other, hopefully for life. Ryan had the right idea. Lighten up everyone. If you get so caught up in her, you will neglect your needs and they will arise later and create problems because you stifled them during the show.
