watching the show JENSEN . i shot actor jameson parker from SIMON AND SIMON. this 3d degree karate tough guy attempted to break in my home in studio city, ca in 93. i was arrested and after waiting until 3 am being chained to a bench, i voluntarily spoke with dets because i was honest. but i didnot know PARKER was good buddies with no. hollywood police dets. they fabricated the case to protect parker. i was barely convicted. and my attorney and judge conspired to prevent me from getting correct jury instructions. and was stated by the appellate court, "i was do lesser instructions SUA SPONTE. big deal .. enough said
