I LOVE Biggest Loser, but I don't know why... The idea of working out twice a day to lose weight makes me crazy. I think the show should do different activities each week, so they can learn new sports ie. volleyball, karate, etc. Who wants to be tied down to working out in the gym because you haven't found a sport you love? My favorite part of the show I think is when you find out who's eliminated. Not because I'm hoping for someone to be gone, but it's never sad to see because you get to see their after picture!! I feel very proud of each contestant for what they've done and always try a little harder to get more gung-hu about fitness. For the morbitly obese, find the money to invest in a personal trainer and/or nutritionist. I think the hardest part is getting started and having enough energy to get involved in what you love. My favorite workout, DANCING! As always, I'll be sitting at home watching Biggest Loser on Tuesday nights! Enjoy!
About The Show
Reality series in which 12 contestants become roommates under the same roof and struggle to shed excess pounds by following a disciplined routine of exercise and dieting while facing the possibility of elimination.
