Great writers, great casting, and it always delivers. I fell into watching it by accident; I left the TV on, watched for awhile, and it seemed 'ok'. After the 2nd episode I was hooked. There are conflicts and subplots that I think most can relate to, and just the right amount of humor to keep it from being 'too' serious. I can see why a teen or early 20-something might not like the show, though at the same time its a good primer about people and their motivations for that same audience.
