About The Show
Alison Dodge takes a trip to Arizona to visit the father, Al, who abandoned her many years ago, expecting to reconnect with him while her mother and step-father are in Europe for the summer. Arriving at Al's doorstep, however, Alison finds her father is an emotional wreck, a loner with a drinking problem. With their mutual stubbornness and the concerned prodding of locals Auggie Sinclair and Sandy Bateman, Alison and Al soon must deal with one another and heal the mistakes of the past.
