I don't miss this show but here's what would make it better:
    1. Lose the typical antagonism between the detectives and the boss--this doesn't happen in real life--maybe prior to 1975 but not today.
    2. In the same vein, lose the kissing up …more»

Why does CBS let Lisbon wear her hair like that? Those bangs and that long stringy hair that sort of curled. Somebody suggested that they don't want her to appear cute and sexy so that there is no sexual tension between her character and Patrick …more»

About The Show

With an uncanny ability to read people, Patrick Jane, a fake TV psychic until a personal tragedy struck home, now uses his powers of observation as an independent consultant, helping the California Bureau of Investigation (CBI) solve serious crimes. While his role in cracking a series of tough high-profile cases is greatly valued by his fellow agents, including Kimball Cho, Wayne Rigsby and rookie member Grace Van Pelt, no-nonsense Senior Agent Teresa Lisbon openly resists having Jane in her unit and alternates between reluctantly acknowledging Jane's usefulness and blasting him for his theatrics, narcissism and blatant lack of protocol.
