I like the show, but could do without the crussing. That why I don't watch Hell's Kitchen and those with Chef Ramsey in them.
I must be old school as my mom worked in the restaurant all her adult life and was very uptight about certain things in the kitchen and her biggest was to keep your hands out of your hair!!! If I went into a restaurant and saw the men / women touching their hair as I've seent the women on this show, I would get up and walk out. I did notice the men with long hair tied it back. But I do love watching all the different food and what spices,etc are used.
