This is the best show ever made for TV. Heck, it should have been full length feature movie with about four or five parts.
Beautifully acted, story lines fully developed, an in-dept view of every angle: cops, criminal, community & politics.

Just a quick note that the new complete "The Wire" is now available from HBO, contains all 5 seasons (with extras) and comes in a beautiful box. About The Show
