I have been watching this show since it began in 1973. It is the only one that I watch anymore. I had a beauty salon from 1985 til 1991 and I had a small tv in my shop and I was able to watch every day. I have watched some of my favorite characters come and go, and I have always rooted for the underdog, and most times that's a good thing, but sometimes the underdog turns out to be the most worthless and should be eliminated. I have had to watch as some of my favorite persons die or turn bad but, then they redeem themselves, and that's been a good thing. Keep up the good writing and I will always be a fan of Y&R.
