I am a Certified Executive Chef. I am well traveled (Europe, Carirab, most of America), well educated, well spoken culinary authority. I know food, menu and facility planning, above and beyond most of the folks on your show. I'm 53 years old with over 35 years experience. With an A.O.S. from the C.I.A. and a B.B.A. from N.M. State University
I know I can make your show more than what it is now.
To put it simply, it's hard for me to trust a skinny chef. I'm 6'3" and around 3 bills and hosted my own weekly food show for about a year at White Sands Missile Range in southern NM, home of the best chiles in the world, Hatch, just up the road from where I lived.
I'd be honored to part of your team in anyway I can amplify your efforts...doesn't that sound better than"BAM!!!?

About The Show
A group of aspiring chefs, both professionally trained and self-taught, compete in a series of culinary challenges. Each week, one contestant will be eliminated by a group of well-known judges. The winning chef will receive $100,000 in seed money to help with their culinary career and be featured in various culinary events and publications.
